Windows 10 update KB4073291 is now available for download. Windows 10 Fall Creators Update users with 32bit systems will see a new update 2018-01 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1709 for x86-based Systems (KB4073291) in Windows Update.
According to the official patch notes, This update provides additional protections for 32-Bit (x86) version of Windows 10 1709 after you install January 3, 2018—KB4056892 (OS Build 16299.192).

Known issues in this update
