Windows 10 Redstone 4 build 16251 ISO download is now available. This is the first Redstone 4 Build (16251.1000.rs_PRErelease.170721-1512) for Insiders.

With the latest insider build, you can now link your phone and PC. Having you link your phone ensures that your sessions from your phone are continued on to the PC that you’ve chosen.

In addition, the build has also added the new Cortana commands. Now you can restart, shutdown or lock your PC with Cortana commands.
